I wanted to include nutrition facts for some cookies I made. I found a website that worked pretty well, except for two problems.

The image was a .jpg and it was using an out of date label. In 2016, the FDA made revisions to the Nutrition Facts label that began being enforced starting in 2020. The print quality left something to be desired, and the FDA doesn’t offer a template. The specification is a bit muddy in my opinion, but it is a spec for printing rather than fabrication so I guess it makes sense in context.

Regardless, I have included a few SVG files that you can use to make your own nutrition label. There are a few minor issues, but I didn’t care enough to fix them.

There are a few different files because I didn’t pay attention to what I was doing and didn’t specify a font, but if you have Libre Office installed I suggest you use this one. (The font used is added to your system when you Install Libre Office.)

If you have windows 11 this one might work, and if you want to add the fonts manually, this should have the fonts included in the zip.
